The Resilient Rhythms Story.

Resilient Rhythms began in 2021 with a deep desire to see followers of Jesus form a faith that endures by creating spiritual formation resources that bless and equip the Australian church.

We sense a deep need for resources created with and for Australian churches that enable deep formation in the way of Jesus. Our hope and prayer is to become a hub for cultivating spiritual formation resources to that end!

After 18 months of slowly discussing with people around Australia, we’ve just launched our first major resource—the Resilient Rhythms Journal. You can find all the information about it here.

You can stay up to date with our projects by signing up to our mailing list, following along on social media, or by sending us an email if you’d like to connect further. We’re looking to intentionally form partnerships with local churches along the way too, so please get in touch if we can partner together for the sake of Jesus’ kingdom!

A little about Mitch

My name is Mitch—I’m a pastor from Australia, living and serving in Switzerland, and studying an MTh in Missiology at Edinburgh Theological Seminary, Scotland. I love Jesus, my wife Suz and son Jamie, people, coffee, being outdoors, and reading a good book (in roughly that order). My first book, Finding Peace through Prayer: Seven Practices for Praying in Hard Times, was released in January 2023 through Wipf & Stock Publishers.

Grace and Peace,

Mitch Everingham
